Respectful Care & Zero Harassment Policy
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for our patients, physicians, and staff.
We understand that healthcare can sometimes be stressful. Patients are always welcome to ask questions, express concerns, disagree with recommendations, or make a complaint. We simply ask that communication remain respectful.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive behaviour toward our staff, physicians, or other patients will not be tolerated.
This includes:

Yelling, swearing at, insulting, or threatening others

Aggressive or intimidating behaviour

Discriminatory, hateful, or sexually inappropriate comments or behaviour

Repeated abusive or harassing phone calls, emails, or messages

Threats of violence or physical aggression
If unacceptable behaviour occurs, we may end the interaction or appointment, ask the individual to leave the clinic, or take other appropriate steps to protect our patients and team. Serious or repeated behaviour may result in termination of the physician-patient relationship where appropriate. Respect goes both ways. Our patients deserve to be treated with dignity, compassion, and professionalism, and respectfully raising a concern or complaint is not considered abusive behaviour. Private Procedures
Private surgical consultation fee is $100 plus GST for minor procedures and $200 plus GST for major procedures.
Cosmetic Surgery Fees – prices listed on the website are only a guide. Each patient is unique and fees will be adjusted based on patient anatomy, case complexity, and time estimation for procedure completion. Fees listed on this site are subject to change without notice. Quote for surgery is valid for 6 months from date of consultation. Please note, a consultation does not guarantee surgery will be offered.
Our office requires a $500 non-refundable deposit at time of booking to secure your surgical date. Remaining balance is required 6 weeks prior to scheduled date of procedure. If surgical booking is cancelled or changed without three (3) weeks notification, 50% of surgeon fee(s) will be non-refundable. Anaesthesia and facility fees are not affected by late cancellation notice.
No Show Policy
No show or late cancellations (<24 hour notice) will be subject to $50 fee for MSP and $100 for private pay appointments if the patient wishes to rebook. Please note, two or more no shows will result in discharge from the practice.
Shouting, swearing or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances at this practice.
Patients who are abusive will be asked to leave and may be removed from our patient list.
